Aurora Optical Smoke Detector

An optimised chamber and sensing circuit provide superior wide-spectrum detection of smoke aerosols generated by the majority of fires allowing this detector to provide reliable early warning for most applications. It should be specified for all life safety risks unless environmental conditions restrict correct operation.


	Aurora Rate Of Rise Detector


	The Rate of Rise detector is certified Class A1R as defined by EN54-5 and therefore offers the highest level of protection when smoke detection is unsuitable. This classification also allows for maximum coverage and mounting height under BS5839-1:2002 recommendations.


	Aurora Fixed High Temperature Detector


	A Fixed High Temperature detector certified as a Class BS performance device. This detector is particularly suited for difficult environments where there are higher than normal ambient temperatures or where rapid temperature variations are expected.


	Aurora Universal Diode Detector Base


	The Universal Diode Base is suitable for the complete Aurora Detector range. It provides 50-60mm fixing slots plus a 70mm fixing centre for certain platform sounders. The base also provides terminal connections for a Remote LED indicator and incorporates an anti-tamper locking option.
